Auto Admit for Google Meet™ is a Chrome extension that helps meeting hosts automatically admit join requests in Google Meet™ and apply their preferred microphone and camera state when entering a meeting.
Data We Store
The extension stores the following settings locally in `chrome.storage.local`:
- Whether auto-admit is enabled.
- Whether the microphone should be on or off when entering a meeting.
- Whether the camera should be on or off when entering a meeting.
Data We Read
When the extension is enabled, it reads the visible Google Meet™ page structure only on `https://meet.google.com/*` to detect join request controls and microphone/camera controls.
Data Sharing
No data is sold, shared, transmitted, or remotely collected by the developer, third parties, analytics services, advertising services, or external servers.
Permissions
The extension requests:
- `storage`: to save extension settings locally.
- `https://meet.google.com/*`: to run only on Google Meet™ pages.
The extension does not request camera, microphone, cookies, browsing history, tabs, downloads, webRequest, or all-sites access.
